Yes — that's a core part of the process. We spend significant time at onboarding learning your tone, your opinions, your language, and how you talk to clients. We also record a voice and style calibration. Everything is written to sound like you wrote it on a good day.
That's actually the ideal starting point. Our content system is built for growth from a small base. We focus on content that converts — not just content that performs. Enquiries matter more than follower counts, and you don't need tens of thousands of followers to get 10 inbound enquiries a month.
Starter and Growth plans have no lock-in — just 30 days notice to cancel. The Authority plan has a 3-month minimum because the work involved at that level (brand playbook, media kit, thought leadership positioning) requires time to compound properly. We also won't take you on if we don't think we can deliver results.
Not on Starter — that's one platform of your choice. Growth and Authority cover both. Which platform matters more depends on your specialty. Therapists and coaches often see faster traction on Instagram; nutritionists and consultants often do well on LinkedIn. We advise based on your specific situation.
